BAS Digital Solutions · Industrial workflow automation

From incoming RFQ to a quote your team can approve.

Requests arrive by email, PDF, and web form. Someone retypes them, chases missing drawings, and checks revisions by hand.

Appointment confirmed after your request.

English & French · Human approval on every quote · Scope and price agreed before we build

Built for industrial quoting

For fabricators, machine shops, and industrial suppliers who quote custom parts and equipment.

The 2-Week RFQ Pilot

Week 1 · Map

We map your current RFQ process and choose one request type to automate.

Week 2 · Build and test

We build and test it on your sample requests, then hand over documentation.

What you get

Working intake, a missing-info checklist, a review step, and a clear recommendation on next steps.

Fixed price confirmed in your proposal. No ongoing commitment. The schedule starts once scope, access, and samples are agreed. No revenue guarantees. No production ERP writes until you approve.

Any discount and permission to describe results are agreed separately. No case study, including an anonymized one, is published without your approval.

Questions before you start

Do we have to change our ERP?

Not necessarily. We assess your current tools, interfaces, and access first. The pilot can start in a separate review queue. Any integration, including Dynamics 365, depends on that assessment.

Who sees our drawings?

Do not send confidential drawings through the public form. Before sharing them, we agree on authorized people, providers, storage locations, and retention. Use redacted samples for the pilot. Tally reports storing form data in Europe; the Google sales tracker’s storage region has not yet been verified. We therefore do not promise Quebec-only hosting. Where personal information is involved, the Law 25 assessment, including before a transfer outside Quebec, is part of project preparation.

Are quotes sent automatically?

No. Your estimator reviews and approves a quote before it is sent. The workflow flags gaps; it does not make commercial commitments for you.

The RFQ flow in 24 seconds

Fictional sample, with no live ERP connection. Silent video. Transcript: capture the request, flag the missing material and drawing, prepare a draft after assessment, then obtain estimator approval.
